    Refrigeration Time: 1 hour
    Makes: 2-1/2 cups

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup (8 oz.) SargentoŽ Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
    1 cup (4 oz.) SargentoŽ Crumbled Blue Cheese
    1 cup (4 oz.) SargentoŽ Fancy Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese
    1/4 cup Madeira wine or sherry
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    2 Tbsp. minced green onion
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/2 cup finely chopped pecans


    1. Combine Ricotta, Blue and Cheddar cheeses, Madeira, butter, onion and pepper sauce in bowl. Mix with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Chill 1 hour.

    2. Shape cheese mixture into ball; roll in pecans. Serve with crackers
