    Grilled Shrimp

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. medium-sized raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 40)
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 1 tsp dried thyme
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • Butter flavored cooking spray
    • 8 wooden skewers, soaked at least 30 minutes in water


    Instructions


    1. Toss the shrimp, oregano, thyme, and garlic powder in a large zip-top freezer bag and mix together well. Let marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight. Thread 5 shrimp on each skewer and heat the grill to medium heat. Spray each side of the skewers with cooking spray and grill, turning once, about 3 minutes or till shrimp turn pink.



    Final Comments


    These are also VERY GOOD cold in a salad.
