    Core + points for tortillas

    List of Ingredients




    15-oz can pinto beans, drained and mashed or use canned refried beans
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp ground cumin
    1/8 tsp ground red pepper
    6 (6-inch) corn tortillas--points
    1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
    8-oz can chopped green chiles, undrained
    3/4 cup FF cheddar
    Green Chile Sauce (see recipe in Sauces database) or buy premade

    Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well. Spread 2 1/2 tbl bean mixture over surface of each tortilla. Top each with cilantro, chiles, and cheese. Place tortillas on baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with Green chile sauce.
