    Even meatloaf haters love this one. Great with smashed potatoes.

    List of Ingredients




    1` 1/2 lbs. ground beef chuck
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 c bread crumbs
    2 T. cider vinegar
    2 T. light brown sugar
    2 T. ball park mustard

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.
    Finely chop onion. Mix beef, onions, bread crumbs, 1/2 tomato sauce, salt and pepper.

    In small saucepan whisk together, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, tomato sauce and bring to boil.
    Spoon sauce over meatloaf and bake 1 hour.
