Had this at Nancy's home for annual Christmas water aerobics luncheon. It is delicious. Nancy served it on a red cabbage leaf. Looked and tasted great!
List of Ingredients
1 l6 ox. pkg. broccoli slaw
1 10 oz. box frozen peas
1 cup dry roasted peanuts (may chop)
10 T. Sugar
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
1 t. onion powder
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup oil
1 1/2 t. each poppy and celery seeds.
Combine slaw, peas, peanuts in salad bowl.
Make the dressing in the blender for several minutes. You want the sugar. This is a thick dressing.
