    List of Ingredients

    1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O
    3/4 cup hot water
    1 lemon cake mix
    4 eggs
    3/4 cup oil
    1 cup sugar
    1 large can frozen lemonade concentrate


    Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and set aside to cool. DO NOT JELL. In a large bowl, mix next three ingredients. Add cooled Jell-O. Beat until 3 minutes. Turn into Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean. MEANWHILE: Mix next 2 ingredients and let set. While cake is still warm, loosen it from edges of pan, but leave in pan. Also poke a few holes into body of cake. Pour lemonade mixture over cake, allowing it to run down sides. Save some lemonade mixture. When you turn your cake out onto your rack, put some wax paper under rack, and pour saved lemonade mixture over top of cake.
