Turtle Ice Cream Pie
1Graham Cracker Crust in pie pan (bought or home made)
Butter pecan ice cream (with the big pieces of pecans)
Hot Fudge Topping
Small package chopped pecans, for garnish
In the graham cracker crust, fill it about half full of the pecan ice cream. Spread some caramel topping on top. Put more ice cream on top of that and pile it up high. Put caramel topping on top and then hot fudge topping over that. (you could just drizzle it, if you want). Spoon whipped topping all around the edge of pie as thick as you like and then sprinkle the chopped pecans over the entire pie and freeze it, quickly, for a few hours or longer. I just love it. Low calorie, can't you tell! LOL!!! Guess you could make it lower calorie by using lo-cal ingredients.
