    Turkey and Broccoli Quiche

    List of Ingredients

    1 pre-baked 9" pie crust

    1 cup lightly steamed chopped fresh broccoli

    2 cups cooked and cubed turkey breast

    2 cups shredded swiss cheese

    1/2 cup minced shallots

    1 tsp. herbs de Provence

    1 Tbsp. olive oil

    1/2 cup milk

    1 egg

    1/2 tsp. salt

    1/4 tsp. pepper


    Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.

    Saute the shallots and herbs de Provence in the olive oil until softened.

    Combine the broccoli, turkey, and swiss cheese. Add the shallots. Place in the pie shell.

    Combine the milk, egg, salt and pepper. Pour into the pie shell, and be careful not to overfill the shell.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees, then reduce oven to 325 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes, until set and golden on top. Let stand 15 minutes before serving, or cool and serve at room temperature.

    Serves 6 - 8.
