Potatoes with bacon and rosemary

8 Rashers. Bacon
1 Tablespoon. Lemon juice.
8 Potatoes
8 Tablespoons. Cooking Oil
4 Tablespoons fresh or 2 dried. Rosemary
Recipe
Method
1. Chop your potatoes into quarters, depending how big they are. Don�t bother peeling them, anyway the skin is the best bit..
2. Slice the bacon into thin pieces or dice, to your preference.
3. Mix everything together with a couple of good pinches of salt and pepper.
4. Put in a baking tray and cook in a medium heat oven, until the potatoes are cooked through.
