    Serves: 7

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. cream-style corn
    1/2 c. frozen corn kernels
    1 egg, beaten or egg sub. equiv.
    2 egg whites beaten or egg sub. equiv.
    3/4 c. flour
    1 t. baking powder
    1 t. Spike Seasoning
    2 T. chopped parsley
    2 T. minced green onions
    1/2 t. pepper
    Nonstick spray

    Recipe



    Place cream-style corn in a blender and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spray a nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Drop batter by spoonfuls onto pan and brown on both sides.


    For crab cakes: add 1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat and 1 T. lemon juice to the batter.
