List of Ingredients
1 lb. veggie burger or lean hamburger
1 onion minced
1 (8 oz.) box of spaghetti cooked
1 large can tomato juice
1 med. can Red Beans
Salt, Pepper and Chili Powder to your tasteRecipe
Brown veggie burger or cook the hamburger in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
Add the onion to burger and cook until onion is translucent.
Put all ingredients in a large enough stew pot or soup pan and cook until heated through.
