Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pie

1 (8oz.) pkg. light or fat-free cream cheese
3 egg whites (or 1 and 1/2 egg - substitute equivelant)
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 T. skim milk
1/4 cup honey
pinch of salt
2 T. pumpkin pie spice
1 T. vanilla extract
1 low-fat pie crust
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pour into a low-fat pie crust. Refridgerate until ready to serve.
