Cheesy Beef Enchiladas

List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef or veggie burger
1 jar (16 oz.) salsa, divided
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided (I use low fat)
12 (6 to 8") flour tortillasRecipe
Brown meat (if necessary); drain. Stir in 1/2 cup salsa and 1 cup cheese.
Spread 1 cup salsa in 13 X 9" inch baking dish. Place 1/4 cup meat mixture in center of each torilla; roll up. Place tortillas, seam side down, on salsa. Top with remining 1/2 cup salsa and 1 cup cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.
