Serves: 4 - Prep. time: 15 minutes (need cooked pasta) - Cooking time: 18 minutes
List of Ingredients
1/2 c. water
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 T. soy suace
1 T. parsley flakes
1/2 t. paprika
1/8 t. black pepper
1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
4 c. cooked elbow macaroniRecipe
Place water in a large pot. Add the onions, green and red peppers and garlic. Cook and stir for several minutes, until the vegetables soften slightly.
Add the seasonings and continue to cook over low heat for several more minutes. Add the tomatoes and macaroni. Mix well. Heat over low heat for another 10 minutes to blend the flavors.
