Suggestion for a pita sandwich - Serves: 1
List of Ingredients
2 oz. cooked chicken
1 slice fat-free cheese or small amount of shredded cheese
1 c. cooked broccoli
1 green onion, chopped, including green top
1/2 c. cooked mushrooms
1 piece of pita bread (or you could use any bread you like)
Recipe
Combine all ingredients, except cheese (unless you are using shredded cheese), and divide in half.
Warm a piece of pita bread in the microwave for about 10-20 seconds. Cut the pita bread in half to form two pockets.
Fill each half of the pita bread with 1/2 of the mixture and add 1/2 slice of cheese to each one, if shredded cheese not already combined in mixture.
