    List of Ingredients

    1 cup Flour
    1/2 cup Wheat Gluten
    1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
    1 cup Butter or Margarine -- softened
    1 cup Splenda (or white sugar if not for diabetic)
    2 large Eggs
    1 tablespoon Molasses
    1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
    3 cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats -- uncooked
    1 cup Raisins -- boiled


    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir together flour, vital wheat gluten, soda and
    cinnamon. Set aside. Beat butter or margarine and Splenda together at medium
    speed with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add eggs, molasses and vanilla
    extract, beating until blended. Gradually add flour mixture, beating at a low
    speed until blended. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop dough be rounded tablespoons
    onto a cookie sheet prepared with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 10-12 minutes or
    until lightly browned. Cool slightly on baking sheets, then remove to cooking
    racks. Cool completely before removing.
