    1 cup whole wheat flour
    - 1 tsp baking powder
    - 1 tsp cinnamon
    - ½ tsp salt
    - ½ tsp baking soda
    - 1 cup packed brown sugar
    - ¼ cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
    - 2 tablespoons canola oil
    - 1 large egg
    - 1 tsp vanilla
    - 1 ½ cups uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
    - 1 cup raisins


    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cover two cookie sheets with parchment paper

    Mix flour, baking power, cinnamon, baking soda and salt together in a small bowl. Combine brown sugar, yogurt, oil egg and vanilla in a large bowl. Add flour mixture to make a blended dough.
    Stir in oats and raisins. Drop mixture by the rounded teaspoonful, two inches apart on the cookie sheets.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Don’t overcook!
    Remove cookies from parchment paper onto a rack or counter to cool.
    Makes 40 cookies. Per cookie: 63 calories, 1 gr fat, 1 gr fiber. WW points per cookie - 1.
