1 pound round steak
1 can beef broth
1-1/2 cups celery
1 medium green pepper (cut in strips)
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1-1/2 cups sliced fresh mushroom or canned
1/2 cups green onions cut in small pieces
1 tbsp. soya sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch

In a skillet, brown the steak in 2 tbsp. salad oil; add broth, vegetables and soya sauce. Cover, simmer gently until tender. Stir often. Combine 1/4 cups water with cornstarch and stir until thickened and serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
