    Stir Fried Green Beans

    3 cups fresh green beans, ends trimmed
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 Tbs grated ginger
    2 Tbs soy sauce
    2 Tbs oil
    2 Tbs water

    Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Add the beans,
    and the ginger cooking at a high heat for
    about 2 minutes. Add the garlic and saut�
    but DON'T brown or scorch it. Add the soy
    sauce and water, cover and cook for about
    5 minutes until beans are crisp tender.
