Zucchini Patties

List of Ingredients

2 small/med zucchini, grated
1 small onion grated
2 eggs
2-3 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper



Recipe

Beat eggs pour over grated zucchini and onions mix, add flour, salt and pepper.
Heat pan with oil. put in a spoonful and spread out, You want these to cook well. cook on both sides until nice and brown. Serve plain or with a tomato gravy.
