SALMON MARINADE

This is a marinade that Eric Moore makes for salmon. He grills it outside, but I tried it on salmon in the frying pan. Sear it on both sides and then put marinade on the top side and finish cooking. It is better if the salmon is not too thick.

List of Ingredients

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  
• 3 Tbs. dill weed
  
• 1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  
• Salt and pepper to taste
  

Instructions

1. Brush both sides of salmon with marinade while fixing the fire.
