    List of Ingredients

    1 8-oz pkg manicotti shells
    1 lb ground beef
    2 26-oz jars spaghetti sauce
    14 pieces string mozzarella cheese
    c water
    1 c shredded mozzarella cheese


    In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce. Spread half of the meat sauce into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Unwrap the pieces of string cheese and stuff one into each uncooked manicotti shell and arrange in the baking dish on top of the meat sauce. Pour the remaining meat sauce over the stuffed manicotti shells. Pour c water around the edges of the baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the manicotti and bake, uncovered, for 10 additional minutes or until the cheese is melted.
