Easy & Perfect Frosting

This method will work with just about any flavor combo you desire... you can use chocolate or strawberry Coolwhip in place of the regular stuff accordingly. This makes a creamy, fluffy frosting that seems to suit everyone's taste!

We'll start off with a basic chocolate just because...
1 tub of chocolate frosting
8 oz pkg of cream cheese
8 oz tub of extra creamy Coowhip (or chocolate, if available)
Soften the cream cheese at room temp.
Beat the softened cream cheese and frosting with an electric beater until smooth and fluffy.
Fold in the Coolwhip using a spatula. This will take a little time, but don't beat it to death. Just keep at it til it's all incorporated.
This makes enough to generously frost a two layer cake or a 13x9 cake.
Refrigerate after frosting, because of the cream cheese and coolwhip.
I can assure you, no one will think you started with canned frosting!
