    Makes 2 pies.

    List of Ingredients

    2 refrigerated piecrusts
    2 15-oz cans of pumpkin (NOT pie filling)
    2 cans of Eagle Brand condensed milk
    5 eggs
    2 T molasses
    1 tsp vanilla
    ½ cup flavored coffee creamer (hazlenut or caramel is good)
    1 tsp salt

    Approximate spices:
    pumpkin pie spice - 1 T
    cinnamon – 1 T
    cloves – ½ tsp
    ginger – 1 tsp
    nutmeg – ¼ tsp


    Preheat oven to 425.

    Blend all filling ingredients together with a whisk, and ladle evenly into the two pie crusts (placed on a baking sheet). Bake for 15 minutes at 425, then lower the oven temp to 350. Bake another 35-40 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out almost clean.
