Bacon-Ranch Potato Salad

This is a fabulous basic potato salad - super simple, easy and quick to make, and can be served warm or cold.
List of Ingredients
1 lb small redskin potatoes, peeled or not, whichever you prefer
Half a pound of bacon
Half a cup of bottled peppercorn ranch dressing
Half a cup of sour cream
Cut the bacon in to pieces and fry until crisp; drain on paper towels and set aside.
While the bacon cooks, cut the potatoes into bite size, then simmer/steam until cooked through. Drain and set aside.
Mix the ranch dressing and sour cream together in a medium sized bowl. Add in the potatoes, bacon and chives, and toss everything gently until everything is coated in the dressing.
Season with salt and pepper if needed.
Serve warm, or chill overnight and serve cold.
