Easter Pork Chops
� 6 thick-cut pork chops
� 1/4 tsp. salt
� 1/4 c. catsup
� 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
� 1/8 c. vinegar
� 1/2 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
� 1 tsp. soy sauce
Recipe
Place unsalted chops in a baking dish or pan.
Make a sauce of the remaining ingredients; pour over the chops.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
