These quantities are enough for a chicken. For a turkey, multiply recipe 3 times.

Bread Stuffing
4 cups gluten-free bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
water
Recipe
Prepare bread cubes. Melt butter, add onions and celery and saut� until tender. Add the seasonings and stir. Add bread cubes and mix together well. For moist stuffing add a little hot water. Put any extra stuffing in a greased casserole and bake. Makes approximately I quart.
