    Creamed Asparagus Casserole

    1 can asparagus
    2 hard boiled eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can mushroom stems & pieces (drained)
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 cup almonds (chopped)

    Recipe



    Arrange asparagus in a baking dish, slice the eggs and place on top
    of asparagus. Season with salt and sprinkle on paprika. Next, evenly
    layer the mushrooms and cheese. Heat soup until it begins to thin,
    pour over all (do not stir) and top with chopped almonds. Bake
    uncovered at 350 for 1/2 hour.
    serves 4 to 6
