    Fried Cucumbers w/ Sour Cream Sauce

    6 ea Cucumbers large -OR- 20 ea Cucumbers small
    1 ea Egg
    2 c Cream
    Salt to taste
    1 ts Black pepper fresh ground
    1 ea Onion med. minced
    5 tb Vegetable oil
    2 c Sour Cream
    1 tb Red pepper flakes
    1 ea Garlic clove minced
    3 tb Dill fresh chopped

    Recipe




    Peel & slice cucumbers 1/4" thick.

    Beat egg & mix into cream with � of the minced onion, salt & pepper.

    Dip slices into egg-cream mixture.

    Be sure to completely coat each slice.

    Fry in pre-heated oil until golden brown.

    Mix the sour cream with remaining onion, dill, red pepper & garlic &
    serve as a dipping sauce.

    Yield: 6 Servings
