    Garden fresh Sauteed Fresh Zucchini and yellow squash

    Ingredients
    1 zucchini cut in half moons
    1 yellow squash cut in half moons
    � red onion cut in half moons
    1 diced large tomato
    1 ounce sliced fresh basil
    1 teaspoon chopped garlic
    1 ounce extra virgin olive oil
    Directions
    In a large saut� pan on high heat add olive oil and garlic saut� for 10 seconds add squash
    And red onions saut� until slightly brown
    Add the rest of the ingredients saut� for 3 more minutes salt and pepper to taste and serve
