LIGHT CARROTS IN ORANGE SAUCE
2/3 cup orange juice (unsweetened)
1/2 tsp cornstarch
3 cups (1 lb) sliced carrots
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Recipe
Combine orange juice and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Add carrots and
cinnamon; cover and cook over low heat 15 to 20 minutes or until carrots
are done. Serves 4.
