Without housekeepers our lives would be in chaos, and our homes would be like messy little pig pens! HURRAY FOR HOUSEKEEPERS! A day is not enough - lets give em' a whole month! Maybe even a whole year! And if you do your own housekeeping, pat yourself on the back - and take the day off!

Housekeepers Potatoes


One quart of cold boiled potatoes, cut into dice
one pint of stock
one tablespoonful of chopped parsley
one tablespoonful of butter
one teaspoonful of lemon juice
salt
pepper.




Recipe

Season the potatoes with the salt and pepper, and add the stock. Cover, and simmer twelve minutes. Add lemon juice, butter and parsley, and simmer two minutes longer.
