Nebraska Baked Beans
� 1/2 pound bacon
� 1 pound ground beef
� 1 15-ounce can pork and beans
� 1 15-ounce can lima beans
� 1 15-ounce can red kidney beans
� 3/4 cup brown sugar
� 1 teaspoon vinegar
� 1/2 cup catsup
� 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
� 1 medium onion, diced
Recipe
Dice and fry bacon lightly; drain off fat. Dice onion and fry slightly. Brown ground beef. Add bacon, onion and beans; mix well. Stir in brown sugar, vinegar, catsup, and mustard.
Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
