    Mustard Wheat Rye Bread

    1 cup water
    1/2 cup Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 1/2 tablespoons molasses
    2 cups bread flour
    2/3 cup whole wheat flour
    2/3 cup rye flour
    1 1/2 tablespoons vital gluten


    Place all ingredients into the bread machine in the order given. Use Manual (Dough) cycle. When cycle is complete, knead for 5 minutes, then place into loaf pan, and let rise until roughly doubled, about 1:45. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
