Cornbread Biscuits
1 can of refrigerated layer biscuits
2 sticks of string cheese
4 T. melted butter
1/3 c. corn meal
2 t. of BAM, (Cajun seasoning)
Recipe
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Separate the biscuits into 10 and separate each one in half. Cut each piece of string cheese into 5 pieces. Place a piece of cheese on a biscuit top with the other half and press together. Dip the biscuit into the melted butter and then roll in the combination of corn meal and Cajun seasoning. Place in muffin cups and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
