    Banana Maple Walnut Bread

    1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
    1 1/4 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. McCormick� imitation maple flavor
    1/2 tsp. McCormick� pure vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. McCormick� ground cinnamon
    1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 medium-; size bananas)
    1/4 cup dairy sour cream
    2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts




    Recipe

    1. Preheat oven to 350�F. Lightly grease and flour 9x5x3-inch loaf pan
    and set aside.

    2. Cream butter with sugar in large mixer bowl until smooth. Add egg,
    maple flavor extract, vanilla, and cinnamon. Beat with electric mixer at
    medium speed 2 minutes. Add bananas and sour cream and mix well.

    3. Sift flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to banana
    mixture and mix well. Stir in walnuts and spoon into prepared pan.

    4. Bake 65 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
    clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool
    completely on rack.
