    The surprise is jelly.

    (16 small ones)

    SIFT INTO MIXING BOWL....
    1 3/4 cups flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon soda


    PLACE IN BLENDER CONTAINER...
    1 egg
    1/3 cup salad oil or melted shortening
    3 bananas
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup sugar

    BLEND SMOOTH, TURN INTO DRY INGREDIENTS AND STIR TO MIX. LEAVE LUMPS. TURN INTO GREASED SMALL MUFFIN PANS. TOP EACH MUFFIN WITH....

    1 teaspoon jelly


    BAKE 400 F. ABOUT 20 MINUTES.
