    Georgia Muffins

    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1 cup yellow cornmeal
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup margarine, well softened
    1 cup low-fat milk
    1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
    1/2 cup peach preserves

    Recipe



    Blend eggs, milk and margarine. Combine all dry ingredients in separate bowl. Stir into egg mixture, just until moist. Stir in peanut butter. Swirl in preserves. Fill paper-lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350� for 20 minutes.

    Servings: 8
