    ICE CREAM MUFFINS

    1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    2 c. sifted self-rising flour



    Recipe



    In medium bowl blend ice cream and flour (only until flour is moistened; batter will be lumpy). Grease 2 1/2-inch muffin pan (10 cup size). Fill the 10 cup muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 20 minutes or until pick inserted into muffins comes out clean and dry. Serve warm.
