Moon Muffins

1 box chocolate cake mix

Filling:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
dash of salt
1 cup chocolate chips



Recipe



Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Mix until smooth. In a separate bowl mix cream cheese, egg, sugar, chocolate chips, and salt. Fill muffin trays 3/4 inch full of cake batter. Drop one tablespoon of filling in the center of each muffin. Bake fifteen to eighteen minutes at 350 degrees. Store muffins in refrigerator.
