    Blueberry Coffee Cake

    Streusel:

    2/3 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    6 tablespoons butter
    1 cup chopped nuts
    mix together dry ingredients, cut in butter to form
    crumbs, add nuts. Set aside while you make cake
    batter.

    CAKE:

    6 tablespoons butter
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sour cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 cups flour
    2 cups fresh blueberries( if using frozen, thaw and
    drain)

    preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" round pan.

    beat sugar and butter until fluffy, add egg, baking
    powder and salt, mix well. beat in sour cream and
    vanilla, add flour. Mix until just blended, batter
    will be stiff.

    Spoon half the batter into pan, sprinkle with
    blueberries and half the struesel. Carefully spread
    the remaining batter over top, sprinkle with remaining
    struesel. Bake 45-55 minutes.
