    Carmel Pecan Pie

    2/3 cup sugar
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    3 eggs, beaten lightly
    1 12 oz. jar caramel topping
    1 1/2 cups pecan pieces
    1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked


    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, combine eggs and sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Mix in topping and butter. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and bake for 45 minutes or until set
