    Luscious Ruby - Red Pie

    1 Pkg. Refrigerated Pillsbury Pie Crust
    2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Raspberries (without sugar), thawed and drained
    1/3 Cup Sugar
    1 Tbsp. Flour
    1 (21 oz.) Can Cherry Pie Filling and Topping
    1 Tbsp. Sugar for Topping (optional)


    Prepare pie crust according to package directions for two crusts (9" pie pan). Heat oven to 375 deg. In a large bowl combine raspberries, 1/3 cup sugar, flour, and cherry pie filling; mix lightly. Spoon into crust. Place other crust over filling and make slits in top; flute edges. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar over top crust. Filling is bubbly (cover edges with foil to prevent excessive browning). Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crust is golden brown
