    Peach Coffee Cake

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 cup flour
    1 teasp. baking powder
    1/2 teasp. salt
    3 Tables. butter
    3 1/2 oz. dry vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg
    1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches, well drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 Tables. peach juice (from can)
    1 Tables. sugar
    1/2 teasp. cinnamon


    Combine the first 7 ingredients and beat for 2 minutes.
    Pour into a greased 9 inch round pan.
    Place peaches over batter in a circular pattern.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar, and peach juice and beat for 2 minutes on high speed.
    Spoon over top, leaving a 1 inch edge around batter.
    Combine 1 Tables. sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top.
    Bake 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Makes 1 cake.
