    Raspberry Pie Supreme

    4 cups raspberries
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 cup sour cream
    1-1/4 cups plus 2 teaspoons sugar, divided
    1 cup flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt


    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

    Spread raspberries in pie shell. Stir sour cream, 1-1/4 cups sugar, flour and salt together, mixing well, and spoon over berries, spreading to edge of shell. Sprinkle top with 2 teaspoons sugar.

    Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 30 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Remove from oven; place on wire rack to cool.

    Serve at room temperature.
