    Sour Cream Coconut Cake

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups sour cream
    2 cups sugar
    2 pkg frozen coconut (71/2 oz, each pkg)
    1 tablespoons vanilla flavoring


    Put this in a covered bowl and let stand in refrigerator overnight.

    Use favorite cake mix, make two layers, cut in half, (makes 4 layers)

    Use the coconut mixture from the night before, and spread between the three layers, on top of the fourth goes the icing..

    Save 1/2 cup of this mix, combine it with 1 large carton of cool whip, frost sides and top with this.

    Bake it a day or so before you need it.. it get moister each day after it is baked.
