    1 pkg. Yellow (pudding in mix) cake mix
    cup Cream of Coconut
    cup pineapple juice
    4 eggs
    - cup Crushed pineapple (drained)
    1/3 cup oil
    Put everything in a bowl except the crushed pineapple. Blend until well mixed then add the pineapple and fold it in. Place in any shape pan, 9x13, bundt, angle food, etc. that has been well sprayed and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

    1 cake mix (your favorite kind)
    1/3 cup oil
    2 eggs

    Preheat oven to 350-degrees. In a medium bowl combine all 3 ingredients with a wooden spoon. drop by teaspoons on a well-greased cookie sheet. bake 8-10 minutes. allow to cool 5 minutes on the cookie sheet. these are very tender so becareful removing them. (chocolate cake with 1 c. chocolate chips and nuts, white cake with c. coconut and chocolate chips, lemon cake roll the cookies in powdered sugar before baking) the only limitation on what kind to make is your own imagination. Things that can be added to the mixes, chocolate chips, mini-M&M's, nuts (any kind), raisins, maraschino cherries, peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips, toffee chips etc.
