Old-Time Tuna Bake
7 oz. Uncooked wide egg noodles
1 can cream of celery soup
12 oz. Can evaporated milk
1 Tbs. Instant minced onion
1 tsp. Seasoned salt
2 cans (6 oz. Each) water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
9 oz. Pkg. Frozen peas, thawed
2.8 oz. Can French-fried onions (or crushed crackers or potato chips)
Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain and
Rinse with hot water. Meanwhile, heat oven to 350. In ungreased 2-
Quart casserole dish combine soup, milk, onion and salt. Add cooked
Noodles, tuna and peas; mix well and cover. Bake at 350 for 30
Minutes. Remove from oven; stir well. Sprinkle with onions. Bake
Uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
