    Lowfat Chunky Chicken Melt
    Prep. time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 10
    Serves: 4

    4 English muffins, split
    2 cans (5 ounces each) Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken, drained
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
    3 tbsp. reduced fat OR fat free mayonnaise
    8 tomato slices
    1/2 cup reduced fat Shredded Cheddar cheese, (2 ounces)

    Recipe



    Bake muffin halves on baking sheet at 400�F. for 10 min. or until lightly toasted.

    Mix chicken, celery and mayonnaise.

    Divide chicken mixture among muffin halves. Top with tomato and cheese.

    Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted. Makes 8 open-face sandwiches.
