WILD RICE MEATLOAF

List of Ingredients
1 c. wild rice, uncooked
1� lb. lean ground round
1/2 c. Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 c. Red Pepper, chopped
1/2 c. Onion, chopped
2 ea. Garlic cloves, chopped
1 c. Mozzarella Cheese, grated
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Rosemary
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 c. of your favorite BBQ sauce
Recipe
Cook wild rice according to package directions, drain.
Preheat oven to 350� F.
In large bowl, combine wild rice and all other ingredients except sauce.
Place into 9x4x3 inch loaf pan; bake 45 minutes.
Pour sauce over meatloaf; bake 15 minutes to an internal temperature of 160� F.
